Mum of 1 Myer shared the top tip with others – in a video that's been viewed over 100k times – and parents are calling it a 'game changer'

When it comes to changing babies nappies we're all for a hack that'll make our lives easier.

And even more so if it stops our baby wriggling out of their position, pulling our hair, or putting their hands in a dirty nappy!

If you find yourself in that situation, one mum has the ultimate solution.

The mum's hack for changing her baby's nappy has gone viral – with over 100,000 likes on TikTok – and parents are calling it 'revolutionary', saying that they wished they'd known it sooner.

Mum Myer, who posts on TikTok as @diaryofafirsttimemum, said she learned the VERY helpful trick whilst working in childcare.

And many people were shocked at the trick, taking to the comments section to reveal they'd learnt something new.

'I'm actually shocked at how many people didn't actually know this little trick,' Myer said in the video, before she shared the INCREDIBLE tip to new parents (and parents-to-be).

As she demonstrates pulling the back of the baby vest up towards her baby's shoulders and pulls the front up to reattach it at one shoulder.

Myer said: 'You just unpopper the vest, bring it up here and popper it over the shoulder like that.

'Then we get your little arm, tuck it in. Then we get your other arm, and tuck that side in, like that.'

The mum then moves the camera to show the baby's arms nicely tucked inside the folded babygro.

'And it stops you rolling over and grabbing your nappy while we're changing you,' she then adds.

'Revolutionary'

'Well this is revolutionary,' wrote one happy follower.

'4 kids and I never thought of this. Wow,' a second commented.

Others called it 'genius', a 'game changer' and 'clever'.

'What?? All my babies are grown up. Wish I had known that back then,' wrote another.

But others made the equally important point that some babies can still escape their 'baby straight jacket' as some coined it.

'Mine would escape that in 2 seconds,' one remarked, while another said: 'My wild child will simply NOT. She also refused swaddles and anything constricting from day 1.'

'It's a very cool trick. My nephew is unfortunately the next Houdini,' said a third.

'Hidden' nappy feature

And that's not all. Another TikToker recently took to the social media site to share the top hack that helps keep poo *inside* your baby’s nappy .

Mum of 3 Helen has shared a simple hack that she says will keep poo safely contained in your baby's nappy.

In the post, that's had more than 980,000 views and 6,500 likes, Helen demonstrates a 'hidden' nappy feature that many of us may have missed.
