For the cream cheese dip

100g cream cheese
-
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (more or less to taste)

1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
For the tirokafteri

100g feta cheese
-
6 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or cream cheese)

1 chilli pepper (fresh or use hot chilli sauce - to taste)

black pepper (to taste)
For the cream cheese dip

Put some soft cheese in a bowl and pour in some sweet chilli sauce

Mix until you get a light orange colour and dip consistency

Finely chop a red onion and add as much or as little as you like

Serve with chicken goujons, potato wedges or sesame seed breadsticks
For the tirokafteri

Mash the feta in a bowl using a fork

Add the yoghurt and mix well (the dip will be slightly lumpy from the feta)

Add chilli and black pepper to taste - mix well

Serve with crusty bread and olives
