Blueberry smoothie for kids
Creamy smoothie packed with sweet and juicy blueberries

Preparation

240ml cow's milk or plant milk alternative

125g blueberries

2 tbsp porridge oats

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Add the milk, blueberries and oats to a blender, reserving 1tsp of the blueberries. Whizz until smooth.

Taste for sweetness and whizz in the maple syrup if required.

Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with the remaining berries and drink immediately.
