  • 240ml cold milk

  • 1 large banana, sliced (fresh or frozen)

  1. Add the milk and banana slices to a blender and whizz until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to loosen.

  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve straight away.

Don't waste overripe bananas: slice them up and store them in the freezer to use in this milkshake to make it extra cold
