Dan joined Netmums in June 2022, and is glad to be able to write about things that will help parents navigate the craziness, and to put out some much needed positivity into the world. He lives in Bedfordshire with his partner, their identical twin girls (born at 28 weeks!), and their ancient Thai rescue dog Yak.
Experience
Dan started out freelancing to survive in Thailand, writing articles about anything from ibuprofen, to coffee machines, via mobile phone games and jazz fusion bands. He’s written a script for a kids' film that's currently twiddling its thumbs in “development hell”, a book that's “too scary for the target demographic”, and was a published poet at the age of 12.
