Lower back ache at 7 weeks pregnant

Hii I’m currently 7 weeks tomorrow and I’ve had constant lower back pain since about 4 weeks. It’s worse when I lie on back at night. Is this normal ? Has anyone else experienced this ? Always worrying about everything
