Lost mirena think I might be pregnant

Long story short I had an ectopic pregnancy last June 2022 since then I have been having pain after prodercure to remove baby and tube left side. I had more surgery to investigate the pain , they my ovary was stuck to scar tissue that was stuck to my bowel anyways.. skipping ahead until now I had pain since they put in the mirena coil its got so bad and I couldn't find my strings I they examined me down they and couldn't find it at all so now am awaiting a scan to see where it is because it's causing pain before I found out it was missing my husband and I had sex withoit using anything else because we thought we would be protected hy hornones in coil. I had a very different period lasted shorter it was more like spotting i feel weird to be honest , i have taken pregnancy tests i feel like i can see a line but maybe im just imagined it i dunno this is making me so anxious especially after ectopic I feel like every period or pain is very traumatic, keep taking tests as I'm convinced I feel pregnant i think I'm actually driving myself mad.. can anyone else see a 2nd line? 💗
I cant see 2 lines but test every 3 days as that's when your hormones double so a line should get stronger xx
I can’t see a second line. Fingers crossed you get your scan and find out what’s going on and where your coil is asap.
i had merina coil fitted 23yrs ago was with my the bf i didnt know it had fell out i went for my 6 week check up to find i was pregnant at 38!.. my son was 16 i hadnt planned on having any more kids as had terrible time having my son by my ex hubby!.. i met a new partner he told me he had found the coil in the bed n hid it as wanted me to get pregnant as wanted stay in the country!!..i was furious thought he was joking he then went upstairs n profuced the coil from under my bed!!.. i threw him out there n then was furious n scared as the thought of going through another horrific birth plus my age n alone!.. he beggedfor forhiveness silly me took him back but relationship was rocky i cudnt trust him n he lied soo much but i went through with it n had my beautiful daughter who is 23 now!.. my ex hubby took my son away as wudnt want him to bond with my mix race child!.. so i lost my son😢..but gained a daughter😊!..it was very hafd splitting myself betweenthem as had to travel to see my son leaving my baby bk home with auntie!.. im so now it was hard going bringing up a child mostly by myself as her dad was out dtinking most time but i wudnt of changed it for the world she brought so much joy to my life especialy as she grew up i met some lovely ppl at toddlers scjools ect n remain friends to this day with alot of them!..i say if u r pregnant get counciling as i did as i had booked a termination at the time but talking through it made me decide what to do!!.. if u have a stable relationship with yr partner n u wud welcome a child go ahead with the pregnancy!.. if it turns out u r pregnant!.. if not u had a lucky escape!. get dr to check coils in place n do a pregnancy test through gps to be sure n use other contraception meantime!.. good luck x
