Whether you’re out and about or eating at home, your little one will ALWAYS want snacks.

Which means finding ones for your baby or toddler that are tasty and organic is a must.

The search is over, thanks to Aldi Mamia. In a poll of 120 Netmums members, 92% said they'd recommend Mamia Soft Biscotti Biscuits to other parents.

Organic and available in Apple or Strawberry flavours, Mamia Soft Biscotti Biscuits are suitable for little ones aged 7 months and older.

FREE NEWBORN NAPPIES

They’re ideal for weaning, and the soft biscuits can be sucked or chewed. You can pick up a box of 6 Mamia Soft Biscotti twin packs for £1.79 from your nearest Aldi store.

Here’s what our panel of Netmums testers thought of the organic biscuits.

1. They’re GREAT for weaning

Your baby or toddler choking is a big fear when you start weaning. Parents loved that the biscuits were soft and they melt in babies' mouths.

‘We absolutely love this product, the biscuits are lovely and soft so no worries about sharp pieces and choking’

‘I found them great and very safe as a finger food for weaning. They're soft baked so unlike others don’t break off as baby is holding them, which I found reassuring.’

‘I have just started finger food for weaning and I must say I will definitely recommend this to every mother.’

‘I loved the way they are so soft and easy to melt in the mouth. It prevents baby from swallowing a big piece, which is great.’

‘[My daughter] is a fussy eater and little Miss Independent wanting to feed herself. She doesn't take food if offered on a spoon so these Aldi Biscotti snacks are a great way to get her to eat.’

2. They’re perfect for on-the-go

Life with a baby or toddler is busy, meaning you’re always out and about. Finding a snack solution that can be easily eaten on the go (and then stored without mess) is a top priority.

It was a big tick in both boxes for the Mamia Soft Biscotti Biscuits.

‘The individual wrapped twin packs inside the box make them perfect for snacks on the go and my baby just loves them’

‘They are brilliant for on the go and individually packaged so you can keep a couple of packets in the car or bag (or pockets, there's always something child-related in the pockets, isn't there?).’

‘We have been super fans of these for such a long time. They are great to take on the go when the kids need a pick-me-up. I have a 5-year-old who loves them and they never last long in my house.’

‘The twin pack individual packing is a great idea, because they are easy to carry and use on the go.’

3. They’re great value

We’re all feeling the squeeze at the moment, so reducing the cost of your weekly shop is a must. Another reason parents loved the Aldi biscuits …

‘My little ones enjoyed ... and at a fraction of the price, it means a happy mum too!’

‘We are trying to cut back a little. Aldi have great low prices.’

‘Price is definitely a major influence on the products that I buy. I would happily purchase these over other leading brands as I think they are excellent value and I can purchase them at the same time as my normal shop.’

‘We’re not on a huge income so it’s important I can ensure they’re full of good food and at a good price.’

4. Parents love that they're organic

The whole Aldi Mamia baby food range is organic, a fact many of our testers didn’t know … but were delighted to discover!

‘It’s nice that the range is organic, so I know my little one isn’t ingesting unnecessary chemicals or additives’

‘I hadn't realised that Aldi's baby food range was organic and it has made me inclined to shop there in the future for baby food and snacks.’

‘I didn't know Aldi baby food is organic, so it's actually a bonus and another reason to nip in and stock up on a few things. I think organic is much healthier than things loaded with unnecessary additives.’

'I love that the food is organic. I will always buy organic if I can. I didn’t know it was organic before this trial though so I will continue to shop here for baby food.'

5. They’re parent-recommended!

With such positive feedback from our testers, it’s no wonder the biscuits are Netmums recommended.

‘The biscuits are perfect snack size for little hands, they are organic and they taste lovely (I tried one myself haha). I definitely recommend’

‘The taste is amazing and not only baby friendly but toddler friendly. It's an easy go-to snack for kids ages 7 months to at least 5 years personally, as they're just the right size for little fingers, packed full of flavour and goodness!’

‘100% would recommend because even babies without teeth get on well with them.’

‘They are a bargain buy, tasty and perfect finger foods, from starting out to becoming a master in feeding themselves!’

‘I would definitely recommend these to other mums as the taste is great, price is good, they are organic, quality of the product is good and they are a great size!’

‘My daughter seemed to absolutely LOVE them! I have shared a few with a friend who is also starting to give more finger foods and her baby also had no complaints! Aldi snacks are now a win for me 👌.’
