Help i'm having anxiety over scan

Yesterday I impatiently went for a private gender scan. I had IvF and was certain it's a boy. All the old wives tales chinese calendar and cravings pointed to a boy. The person who did our scan didn't speak english well and couldn't seem to get a clear picture he was asking me to wiggle and all sorts he pushed hard and was shaking my stomach. I asked the gender he said I can't see any bits it's a girl. I'm not convinced as he didn't show how he knew. We got this picture from reception wondering if any one can advise if they can see it's a girl or boy. I'm so anxious and worried.
