To beg for toys and clothes on Facebook

Just as the title says this time last year me and my dh were financially secure etc then a few months ago he had a accident and now has mild brain damage we literally have nothing I have no winter clothes for my children they haven’t even got coats it my little boys birthday on the 4th I can’t afford presents also Christmas is coming up I’m so stressed I have never been in this situation,a few people have told me to tell my story on Facebook but I’m ashamed to be thought of as a begged plcould anyone give me some advice
