Whats that on my breast? Any ideas?

Hi! I’m breastfeeding my baby and this appeared in my breast! No pain… Any ideas?

I am glad there is no pain, as this could be very uncomfortable to manage.
Does the redness gone down after feeding or is it there all the time? If the redness settles is it probably due to your LO's feeding technique, and once feeding is over the area recovers.
Can I ask how old your LO is? Do they have teeth? Do you think they have been feeding and innocently applying pressure to that area? Do you have any pain during feeding at all?
If the redness is there all the time and never fades, I would ask your GP to take a quick look to check things over.

This is red and shiny, like burning. I dont feel pain or itchy.
My baby is 5months and 7 days and some times i feel that he is bitting me. He has not teeth yet, but maybe they are on the way whats why he bits.
Also, that appears suddenly in this size. It wasnt small and growing. Suddenly i saw this.
A breastfeeding consultant told me, if it was candidiasis that i would have pain.
