Tmi - discharge, backache, period style pains, 5 weeks pregnant

Hi all, I’m sorry to be that person

I’m a first time mum, we got pregnant after two years of trying and 6 months being on letrozole, I have OCD as well so makes me overthink everything

i think we’re about 5 weeks pregnant now, but I’ve been having backache, pelvic pains and had diarrhoea over the weekend, and now the last couple of days I’ve had this discharge

is this normal? I’ve spoke to doctors but they’ve all been a bit useless
