Help Choosing Boy Baby Name Please!!

We've narrowed it down to three names:
Nathan
Matthew
Ewan/Euan
Surname begins with T
Baby is due soon and we still can't decide. We're English rather than Scottish if that makes any difference. Wondering what people prefer! Thank you in advance!
Euan lovely and not often heard. Other two are nice but very popular not so much now but back in the day x
