Threadworms

My lo has threadworms we have struggled trying to get her to ovex. We have finally been able to get her to have it in her drink would this still work and I have done a deep clean everywhere from top to bottom in her room bathrooms our bedroom kitchen living room. I have read about washing her every morning when she wakes up to help get rid of the eggs. We don't have time to do this so have been wet wiping with baby wipes would this help with getting rid of the eggs and how long did it take people to notice they were gone. Thank you
