Pls help! Can PCOS/ovarian cysts cause false positive??

Hi there! I got very light bfp's today. I just recently got told I have PCO or PCOS in one of my ovaries. So I definitely have some cysts. After googling, I read that ovarian cysts or Corpus Luteum cysts can cause false BFPs on pregnancy tests?

I'm now just worried that I'm not pregnant and that the faint lines from earlier were potentially just from cysts? I'm making an appointment soon w my doc & am getting bloods done tomorrow but wondering if anyone had this happen or knows anything about cysts and false positives?
