found my bra under my stepsons bed how to deal with confronting him he is only 16
Tbh I'd take it back and not say anything, he's 16 and who knows what he wanted it for, may have been lads banter or something? ... He will be embarrassed enough when he realises it's gone...and that you know he had it!

Exactly that - I found my pants under my stepsons pillow, same sort of age - never mentioned it rightly or wrongly but hoped he’d realise I’d found them and that would be enough. It never happened again.
I agree he will be embarrassed so confronting him would only make him feel worse the not knowing who found it will stop him doing it again x
Like most have said, I don’t think I’d confront him. Just take it back and not say anything. He’ll know he’s been rumbled and confronting him will make a bigger deal out of it, causing embarrassment and a potential issue. 16 year old boys often have newish feelings to work through. It’s not necessarily anything to do with you in particular - just some women’s underwear that was accessible to him.

Yes the same could be more simple as it could have been amongst his clean washing pile and he didn’t even notice! So confronting him the same just take it back and not mention it..

Very good point - if it got in his room by accident he could have been too embarrassed to say anything or it just got chucked there - potentially having a thing made of it would be mortifying for everyone involved!
This is a bit different as my stepson master bated in my 9yr old daughters bed which she gave up for him and he kept leaving pork on his phone and his dad isn't bothered well I am ! If he's taking your underwear that's odd tell his dad he could be an odd bod !!

He probably used your bra as part of a masturbation fantasy. Pretty normal for a 16 year old boy, and not too unusual for any male! You might want to wash the bra before wearing it though.
