Is curry & popadom dips safe to eat?

Hi all š Iām currently 10 weeks pregnant and worries about what is safe and not safe to eat? Has anyone had chicken tikka and garlic rice with popadom dips during there pregnancy? Are these food safe Iām unsure but really fancy one ? Thank you
