It could be that you ovulated late and may not be 6 weeks yet. it’s usually a good sign when the lining of the womb is thickened. When they did your vaginal ultrasound they should have seen the gastation sac which might be the jelly bean you seen which is visible at about 5 weeks. I was 6 weeks and 6 days before I seen a baby in the sac and it’s heartbeat!
I got a scan done at 4/5 weeks which they told me they couldn’t see anything in the sac so they advised it might have been a miscarriage or a unknown pregnancy location. Which prompted me to book a private scan at 6 weeks and 6 days because I was mortified and couldn’t believe that something was wrong when I haven’t bled or had any symptoms.
There is a massive HCG range during pregnancy so you might get people being higher or lower than you! So don’t worry about it too much as everyone is different!
But don’t loose hope hun! I remember being so mortified when they told me there was nothing there.
If your HCG hasn’t dropped tomorrow its a good sign! And it might be worth waiting atleast a week before getting another scan to make sure they can see something.
Hope that helped! Xx

Hi, I know its been a long time but I thought I'd update as I know its annoying when you don't see an outcome on a post!
This pregnancy continued and then at 11 weeks 2 days I had a bleed, went for a scan the next day and baby was measuring 9 weeks with no heartbeat. I opted for the surgery, but miscarried naturally at home 2 days later. Went for another scan the next morning and took what I passed with me, midwife confirmed what I took in to her was the sac with baby and placenta fully intact, on the scan my womb was empty. I bled heavily for around 6 days.
Then in November of 2020 that same year, I found out I was pregnant again. No bleeds, no early scans, as I saod to myself, what will be will be (I was so anxious) then my pregnancy went perfectly. I went into labour on 03/08/2021 and gave birth to our perfect and healthy 2nd baby girl on 04/08/2021, right on her due date.
My point of this reply is to hopefully keep other parents spirits up. And that, fingers crossed you all get your babies.
